    I have the DVD Workshop version-1, and I am trying to upgrade to the 1.3 version. However, when I run the upgrade program, I get an error to the effect "Ulean DVD Workshop not found on this computer". Why do I get this error? what is the upgrade looking for and unable to find? I dont want to have to pay full price for another version, just to get an upgrade to something I already paid for...

    I have seen this when someone has tried applying to a Trial version.
    I have also heard of this happening when someone has tried applying to a cracked version.

    Seeing you have a legitimate original, I suggest contacting Ulead for support if no-one here has a better suggestion as you should not have to buy another copy.

    Ulead will assist you with this if you make certain you have registered your Ulead product.

    If you have registered, then go to this Web page and log in:

    Once you log in, you'll be able to fill out the official tech support form and get a resolution to the problem.
