Try a different brand of DVD-R disc. (maxell, taiyo yuden, ritek)
Try a different burning app. (recordnow max) -
It's not the brand,
PS2 games do work, Discs from the same brand from others do work.
I found an old Nero image where i made an copy from earlier and it didn't work anymore. Now i installed an old version of nero, let's see if that works -
it's getting more wierd.
Fresh install of winxp, no updates.
Only dvd decrypter.
ISO read
ISO write, still no go
But old movies still work -
Hope this comes across ok, but why don't you just get a real DVD player?
I heard that the ps2 wasn't a very good player anyway, so just get a cheap player that plays everything.

because the rgb rignal on the ps2 is great. I compared it to other players and it's quit good.
Buying another cheapshit dvdplayer doesn't solve the problem it's just a workaround then.
I wondering i I could burn for almost half a yeap without problems, and now there problems.
