  1. I installed the latest frimware for my 104 and I got a error installing it "Failed to move to normal mode" and now my 104 is dead it will not do a thing. Can anyone help

  4. If you have Windows2K or XP you'll have to get a DOS floppy boot disc and boot up in DOS. Using a second floppy disc with the upgrade firmware, run it from there. Same thing happened to me today and fortunately the Dos boot disc upgrade method worked!
