    My conversions with this wonderful tool usually go without a hitch with one exception.
    Whenever I am done I have to re-convert the cue/bin files in order to burn them. If I burn them onto a disc they inevitably come out unreadable.
    The tool I use for burning is VCDeasy's CDRDAO.

    Please tell me where I am going wrong.

    I use the same tool as you(DVD2SVCD).

    Once I get the bin/cue files, I use Nero for burning and that goes without any problems at all.

    You could try Nero and see..
