I downloaded some moviez in DivX with AC3 Audio streams.

How can I burn thess to (S)VCD so I can watch it on my DVD player (Yamakawa 713) and still enjoy the incredible AC3 Dolby Digital Surround via my AC3/DTS amplifier (Sony STR-DB930QS)...
Seems that TMPG isn't recognizing the audiostream, what can I do???

    thanx,

  2. You can't have an AC3/DTS stream on a (S)VCD, you can however have a 5.1 channel Mpeg-2 audio stream on an SVCD. But good luck finding hardware that will play it correctly...

and what SW do you suggest? I wanna give it a try anyway, but I've got no SW (or don't know how to use it ) that supports 5.1. And how can I convert AC3 sound to 5.1???

    thanx,

  5. actually, the easiest way is to just use the built in AC3 -> mpeg2 5.1 in rempeg2 from www.labdv.com/en/software/softlist.htm
