Did you scan and remove bad frames first?

Scan and remove bad frames, well since I am relatively new to this, I have no idea how to go about this.

    Tnx

Bad frames cause all kinds of problems when converting and they need to be removed first using Virtualdub or Virtualdub-MP3. Vdub-MP3 is used if you get a VBR pop-up warning when opening your file in regular Vdub.

    Here's the first method: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=152458&highlight=idiots+guide

    Here's the second: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=142555&highlight=frames

All programs can be found in the Tools section. After removing bad frames (if there was any) then create your wav file and convert like usual.

This last sentence is very important! If you split out the audio in a separate file before removing the bad frames, it wont help you a bit.
