DVD Shrink - What a cool program, but...

I am using DVD shrink to copy several of my movies, so far I've done Road To Perdition, Undercover Brother, and Sweet Home Alabama (for my wife), just to name a few. But for one movie in particular, Abandon, it is only grabbing the first 16 chapters, then it either loops back to the beginning, or it skips to the last chapter and then locks up mid-way. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any help from anybody is still help.

Are you editing the program first? I have found that it seems the most reliable to edit (I cut off some of the beggining BS so that I start with the first sceen, then I usually cut off the credits).

Depending on the size, I recode to take out any audio formats that I definately don't want ie foreign.

I found earlier that if left to defaults it doesn't always work correctly.

I'm not sure how may movies I've done now; around 15-20.
