    i am using the latest version of instant copy, to burn a dvd9 to a dvd5.I have used dvd decrypter to rip the dvd,but every time i try to re-encode using instant copy it freezes. What am i doing wrong?

    Know the feeling have been trying to get ic to work but it always freezes part way through, have tried on a fresh XP and fresh win 98 se installation, various dvds and have been through the support system at pinnacle but nothing seems to work. In fact the freeze always takes my system out to. not good, interestingly dvd2one and shrinkdvd do the same thing only dvd95copy works? No clue why. My system is a PIII 550 with 640MB RAM

    Mine is PIII running XP, don't have problems with either of these apps. Try not to run any other apps when using them. It may work.

    Thanx for your help, but have found that dvd decrypter,dvd2one and copy to dvd work ok for me .
