Hey. I have a cheapo Apex-1200, and I converted some of my 23.976fps movies to NTSC. The encoded files play great on the computer but the frame rate slows down a bit every minute or so. I encoded at 1650.

I also believe that I told it to do a 3:2 pulldown on the fly while it would play on the DVD player.
Any thoughts?
