  1. Has any one here had experience with this site http://www.expert-guides.com

They have set up a web site an product looks good telling you how to rip an burn DVD etc all the stuff I know you can find here but they are basiclly selling you that information with screen shots or "user guides" that you can view in a browser that reads HTML code. How ever all I got was a lot of raw HTML code some pages that displayed correctly ,very few and no response from their help email address.

There is a FAQ which I followed but no luck.

Only trouble is that there is NO response from their email address other than an auto email.

    feedback@expert-guides.com

Does any one know if this a ripp off site?

I have a sinking feeling and would like to let others know before they too part with some $

I would not advise any one to purchase from here.

What I would like to know is where I can post on the web, user groups advising others that the product is not what it seems.

    Thanks

  2. I've wondered the same thing, but have yet to take the leap. On the otherhand, through persistent reading, I've managed to become pretty adept with the tools on this site as well as from doom9.org (dvd2svcd)...

Anyway, if you find out anything then please let me know, as i think it would be interesting to have a volume of knoweldge like that at my disposal.

    Cheers. T
