  1. Hello!
I ripped my first dvd movie with flaskmpeg. It works fine to watch but when I jump forward in the move the picture can't keep up with the sound.
    What have I done wrong?

  4. It doesn't work with windows media player...something with the codec that doesn't work. It works in DivX Player 2.0 Alpha but still the sync is wrong. The sound doesn't catch up at all after I've jumped in the movie. I'm watching it on my computer.
Can I have used wrong codecs for picture and sound?

  5. That does sound possible. I would check out what codecs your file is using, install them and then see if the problem persists.

You should use the codecs, which your movie asks for.Hint:look at the FOURCC and install that codec!
