    Hello

    I i am looking for a simple program that can extract frames in a video (*.avi , *.mpg) to jpg files.

    I used to use VCDcutter, verry good program but wont run under xp.

    It crash everytime i try to extract a frame.

    If you have PowerDVD......it has a frame capture to bmp......will capture from DVDs or MPGs....but don't work for AVIs.
