    hi can anyone please help me i have a .avi file i have downloaded from the internet how can i convert it to vcd with tmpge i have converted a dvd to vcd lots of times but i usually know what settings to use from dvdtoavi such as fps/pal/aspect how can i find this out about my .avi file.
    any help would be very much apreciated.
