  1. Ok, I've created a PAL DVD with videos of captured TV shows and some homemade DV videos. The captured TV shows that I converted and put on the DVD work fine. The DV videos however, do not. I don't have the DVD, as I sent it to my friend overseas, but he tells me that as soon as he selects one of the DV clips from the menu, it plays like <1sec and returns to the main menu. The only difference between the different videos is that the ones I captured are at a lower resolution, 352:288 and the DV ones are at 704:576. I converted all of them to PAL using TMPGEnc and burned them on HP DVD200e using Sonic MyDVD. Why won't it play the DV clips? Those are pretty much the reason I created the DVD, the captured TV shows were just extras to take up space.

    Thanks,
    Andrew

Your sure the framerate, and resolutions are correct for the region on the 'bad' clips?
Impossible to see the future is. The Dark Side clouds everything...
