    i have all my codecs installed, cause im able to watch all the movies and advance them while watching them, but when i encoded a certain movie, its like it started thenthe sound continued to play throughout but the picture was stuck to one scene......after conversion i should be able to view it right, i mean in one of my media players like wmp or real player..i was gonna burn to burn it but something told me to see if it can play first beore i waste a disc......is this a farily frequent problem, have any of you had this prolem before when the picture doesn't move....am i missing an unknown codec....can you tell me what...holla back....

  2. you can get rid of freeze frames with a version of virtual dub called "VirtualDub mp3 freeze". I believe there's a REALLY GOOD guide that tell you how to detect and remove freeze frames. Good luck!

    Here's a link to Virtualdub mp3-freeze. http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/downloads/virtualdub.html click on edit (i think) and the frame check is the last option. Bravoxena's right, it is a great program.
    So SIRCOOKS, do you have your system set up on a beach down there in the Bahamas? I'm not sure I would even own a computer if I had access to beautiful beaches all day long.
