I recently had to reinstall WindowsXP from scratch, and since doing so, this problem has occured.
Whenever I try to open an mpeg in TMPGEnc, I get the 'file error/unsupported type' error message, yet I know there is nothing wrong with the mpegs, because I can open the same files no problem from my other machine running the same version of TMPGEnc.
Is this a windows driver/codec problem?
