    Installed Xvid and used Fourcc to change a movie I have into a format Nero can use, after I changed it everything was fine till I had to go back and insert the chapters then it started to shutdown nero express.

    I opened it up and loaded the film and while caculating space it would shutdown again.

    Anyone know of this problem or a fix?
