    You can use most dvd authoring tools and instead of burning on dvd you burn on cdr/w with for example ulead moviefactory,workshop or some other. And no, most dvd players wont play it. www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers

    Or do you mean minidvd as a small dvd?
