Did you seperate the audio from the .avi and then import them both into TMPG before or after encoding?

OK, seperate the WAV from the .avi (although it is recommended it is'nt always nescessary).
Start TMPG up and from the wizard import your .avi as the video source and import the saved .WAV as the audio source. Carry on through the wizard as normal.

Is this what you needed to know?
