  4. I use a free program I got called PHKvcr. You cut and paste the web link to the streaming video into the program and it saves it to a file. Sorry but I don't even remember where I got it. You could search the web for it.

    Some web pages try to get around this by making the link say something like "javascriptpenvideo()", so pasting th elink in this case will ot work. However it you get the streaming to start in Windows Media Player, then pause or stop it but leave the connection open in media player, you can right click on the link in media player and paste that into PHKvcr.

    Sometimes you can't do it no matter what.

    My apologies. I misunderstood your question. I thought you meant capturing a TV signal, not streaming video off the 'net. I'm sorry but I can't help you with that.
