    What would happen to the quality of the Movie mpeg if I increase or decrease the Bitrate of the file? eg.. 1200bps down to 795bps.
    What would happen to the movie and quality when read by a standard home DVD player with increase or decrease bitrate ?
    What about the Audio rate as well?Eg.. 225kbps down to 192kps.

    Higher Bitrate = Higher Quality = Bigger files

    Lower Bitrate = Lower Quality = Smaller files.

    What bitrate/Quality is good enough, only you can decide.
