dvd2one v1.1 and matrix problems

Hi
been useing the latest dvd2one with perfect results.
tried to do matrix and got a very strange problem.
Ripped the movie and run it through dvd2one and got
a 4.someting gig file.
imported it into prassi and still had the same size VIDEO_ts.
when it came to write it it would only write 530 meg.
two other people who tried it had the same problem.
any ideas.

the matrix is a seamless branched dvd! U need to run it through ifo edit first in the vob extras part removing the seamless branching part & whatever else U want i.e subs & extra audio. Once U have done this dvd2one will crompress the video part for U no bother & U should alegedly be able to burn it
