LSX ENCODER....ASPECT RATIO and other thoughts

under tmpgenc you can have full screen but keep aspect ratio....where is that under LSX encoder?

Any thoughts on how well this works versus TMPGenc???

I am trying to find one that give good results. Tmpgenc works....but on some files its a bear.
