    Im having a little issue backing up my Simpsons DVD's, I have ripped, encoded with TMPGenc and burned, The MPEG-2 file looks excellent on my computer but when played back on the TV they look like crap, I really dont know how to explain it, when it moves much it gets really blury but when it slow up it looks fine.

    Is there something different I need to do to cartoons?

    I have been burning them with a bitrate of about 6000
