Subtitle Help Please.

Ok i authored a dvd,m2v,audio and 1 sub track.The sub track is needed as it what comes up when they speak in another language.But for some strange reason the sub track aint poping up.Ive tryed both sub tracks as there was two.
When i added a sub track for windtalkers it worked fine,only the forced sub track was poping up.but on this bourne identity the forced subs aint poping up.

I always use ifoedit to author,as i say its woked before but not on this one.

Does the subtrack not exist (ie. what happens when you hit the subtitle button on your remote), or is it that it's not enabled/on be default?

Ok the first sub track has all the subs,like for hard of hiring.The second sub track is just the subs that come up when they speak another language.So the second sub is the one i want.Now the sub is there like if i turn subs on is power dvd but one the original there forced.I dont have to turn them on they auto pop up when another language is spoken.
But on my backup they wont auto pop up.

When i done windtalkers that worked fine,the forced subs popped up ok.But on this they wont.
