hi everyone,
when i'm re-encoding my divx-movies into mpeg, the movie stutters. it looks like there are some frames missing. i'm using tmpgenc 12j; and i've tried nearly all of the settings, but it's still stuttering.
does anyone knows a solution for this or do i have to live with this? (i hope not
