  1. Here's my problem in non technical terms.
    Copying a DVD to VCD.
Software used - Smart Ripper, DVD2AVI, TMPG.
Initial problem - Audio track in Smart ripper > stream processing > listed as "(0XA0) LPCM" as opposed to (0X80) etc. I have had this occur before and DVD2AVI has given me a fine VCD.
Problem #2 - The audio track is sped up tremendously!!!! The video track is approximately 77 minutes. If I input the audio into Nero Wav Editor, the file is about 38 minutes!!! Half the time, Qrious.
My accustomed method is SmartRipper>Flask>TMPG cut/merge>VCDEasy for chapters & burn.
I read somewhere in this FINE database how to "stretch" audio. Can't find it again!!!!
Since youse guys are the experts, How do I 1)slow down the audio and 2)stretch it out over the length of the movie? I suppose the two questions are related.

I just KNOW I can rely on someone to steer me in the proper direction.

Thank you all for all the contributing that goes on in these DBs.

  2. Try a program called Eazy VCD. I had the same problems as you. However this file does the lot, and it always works.

  4. Nope, sorry, Eazy VCD did not work. It seemed to me the only addition had something to do with BeSweet. Otherwise I could have manually done it myself.

Any other suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
Kind of in a rush since I have to return this DVD.

  5. Just for everyone's information.... D/L the Mono2Stereo plugin for BeSweet, run a wav to wav and it's fixed! The answer was found in BeSweet's FAQ #17 with instructions. Starting with v1.5, mono streams input is supported.
