problems burning with nero -- (trying to burn to dvd-r a ripped dvd video)taken suggestion and trying recordnow max. I have the trial edition and i see no mention of DVD or DVD video. (Data, audio, video cd). i cant find a guide to burning with this app. any help would be appreciated.

I also had problems with nero and just switched to the recordnow demo.

Another option is to covert the files into an iso image with imgtool and then burn with dvddecrypter. I hear burning from the iso image makes for less potential problems. -
I use Recordnow DX which I am sure is simular as recordnow max, I use the "Data" to burn my DVD+R's, no problems, even play in PS2 and XBOX.
Just throw these in
AUDIO_TS (empty)
VIDEO_TS (this is where your ripped DVD VOB's are)
and it will burn and play back fine, make sure you have it where it closes the disc at the end.
