In the TMPGENC wizard should I select SVCD NTSC or SVCD NTSC Film if I am encoding frame served VOB's ripped from a DVD movie for playback on a stand-alone DVD player (not a PC DVD)?
Also:
The DVD case says 2.35:1 aspect ratio (but it does not mention anamorphic). I want to maintain the original widescreen aspect on a 4:3 and a 16:9 TV (I will set the TV format in the DVD player) what should I pick for the FIELD TYPE, FIELD ORDER, ASPECT RATIO and CONTENT OF VIDEO?
Should I change to "16:9 525 lines" in TMPGENC as it detects the wrong source settings?
Thank you,
John
