No, I've never heard of 20fps Interlaced PAL either but that is what DVD2AVI says it is!
It's a French promo disc with animation samples.
When I encode to PAL SVCD it looks like a NTSC to PAL conversion with motion blocking on horizontal pans which was not present on the original DVD. If I encode to NTSC video or NTSC movie it looks just the same. Even using the deinterlace option does not bring any great imrpovement.
Does anyone know which setting I need to use to make a straight PAL SVCD copy without dropping frames?![]()
