I dont get it. The movie is 23.976 but TMGenc when doing the wizard wants to check mark inverse telecine. Does that mean TMPGenc wants to convert the movie from 23.976 to 24???

I dont get it at all. I dont want to do any Invese Telecine if I really do not need too.
