Several Movies on one DVD

Hi to all,
I want to author one dvd with more than one movie. I use moveie factory2 and it works all fine (even with more than one movie), except one important thing: movie factory2 merges all the movies to one ifo and vob file (if bigger than 1gb than to one ifo and several vob files, but all of them belong to the one ifo file). So if i want to extract one specific movie from the authored and burned dvd it is not possible to get it out from the whole thing.
And that leads us to now my question (as u guessed): how can i make the dvd including several ifo/vob files. of course i want have menus, chapeters and everything, so ifoedit isnt for me. i also dont own scenarist or maestro (and if it is not 100% necessary i dont want to learn a new program again)
i hope for a lot of good and helpful tips & Tricks.

You can always just use the old DVD2AVI by loading in the VOBS, then save the project. Then open the two output files in TMPGE and use the source range to clip out only the movie you want and it will create that one movie for you.

hi to all again,

let me tell you once again my needs:
1.) i have movies in dvd format (720*576 and 48khz) already muxed and i dont want to demux them and load the video and audio stream seperatly (always causes sync problems)
2.) i want a program where i can load all movies and author the dvd with several seperated vobs (1 vob package per movie) for example: vts_01.ifo + vts_01_1.vob + vts_01_2.vob = first movie
vts_02.ifo + vts_02_1.vob + vts_02_2.vob = second movie and so on.
3.) of course. i like menus and chapters

Which authoring software can handle this??? and how to do ???
movie factory 2 is a good and easy tool, except the vob seperating per movie doesnt work, dvdmaestro needs demuxed files etc.

PLEASE HELP ME !!!

did a bit of digging m8...........dvd movie factory 2 allows u to import vobs and then specify the "clip" u want to keep using a slider bar.
