first of all...nice app, i have had no problems yet with the ripping/encoding part with the latest version. the problem is with post-processing. i have forty-two installed in the applications folder on my main drive "Macintosh HD", but i use my second drive as my temp/output location "Media HD". I have only used 42 to rip to svcd (w/vbr), after ripping 4 or so dvds, i noticed that a lot of free space was missing from my main drive. after looking around a little, i found that 42 is putting the "burnwhatsinhere" folder in an invisible folder on this drive instead of the folder on my 2nd hd that i specified.
in my specified folder on my "Media HD" i am left with the muxed mpeg and the mpv and mp2 streams. the bin/cue files are put in an invisible folder on my main hd. any idea what is going on here?
not a huge deal since i don't use the bin/cue files anyway...just an extra step making them visible so i can delete them.
also, would it be possible to include post-processing options? i use vcd builder to author the images, so i would be fine if 42 would stop after muxing the mpg.
keep up the good work.![]()
