    I got a file thats 704.29mb big. How do I cut it to fit on a 700mb CD? Do I use avichop? How do I use it? What do I select for "Select output" "Select Input" and keyframes

    I use VirtualDub - see in the HOW TO EDIT section on the left.
    It is crucial to cut between GOPs (group of pictures; that start with key frame).
