    hello all can you help me please. just reinstalled xp on my cumputer, ive got to drives both about 60gigs,but since installing xp only one showing. both showing before. any ideas.

    Is one of the drives new?

    Did you check then RE check the slave & or master settings?

    Did you hook the power cord to it?

    My new HD was weird. The pin settings were totally different than my last one.

    Do you have another machine to test it on?

    Why did you reinstall XP?
    Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side.

    There could be a ton of possibilities..

    what are you using?

    ATA, EIDE, IDE, SCSI?

    Did u configure the drive properly during reinstall?
