Hi,
Does anyone know of a site or sites which have title templates for FCX?
It's easy to create a title in FCX, but I'd really like to see other templates.
Also looking for the same thing for IDVD3. I find it's easy to create personalized DVD menus, but IDVD3 is limiting. I can't afford DVD Studio Pro at the moment so it will have to do.
There must a place out there where we can share titles and menus etc...?
Cheers,

Don't know if this helps. Looks like it's commercial software - but it works for "iDVD 2 or later" according to the page. -
Thanks. IDVDTheme4.0 looks like it may have some decent themes.
Do you use DVD Studio Pro or IDVD? If so, is SP that much better?

I've used both - but I like Studio Pro better. For me it's easier to use than iDVD because Studio Pro accepts straight mpeg-2 files. I've had a hell of a time trying to import stuff into iDVD - the only way I've been able to do that is to export the file from something else into a DV stream and then import to iDVD.
Plus, I like the fact of the huge customability of Studio Pro in the menus. Having the ability to use Photoshop layers and use a straight .psd document with Studio Pro is awesome!
And I just thought of a place that might help you. http://www.khitomer.net/ It doesn't have general themes - but has themes for certain shows, such as Seinfeld or X-Files. It has themes, covers, etc for probably over two dozen shows. However, some shows have more material than others due to popularity. -
Thanks for the feedback. I run a business of transferring VHS home videos to DVD so I'm looking for more generic themes, but this is a great reference for possible future endeavours.
It seems that DVD Studio Pro is the better product to go with. I'm also looking for customizability. Now, I just have to find a good place to buy it for the right price. $1500 CDN is alot

Yea, DSP is quite a bit. I love Educator's Discount!

Educator's discount? Seriously...how much of a discount is that? I still have my teacher's papers....used to teach j/k and 1
Did you get that straight from Apple? -
DSP is $499 US with educator discount. Quite a nice deal. All major design programs are great with education. Adobe - usually half off.
