  1. When ever I rip the audio out of the avi with virtualdub and multiplex it with my mpeg2 file that I created with cce it always causes audio off sync, is there a way I can fix this?

Also when opening the avi in virtualdub it mentions something about an error with vbr mp3, could this be the prob? how would I fix it?

    are you converting the audio?
what you need to do is set the audio to full processing mode, and under file-->save wav
take this wav, and use it as your audio source to encode with the video or separately.
what are you askin' me for...
    I'm an idiot!
