Hey,
is there really any difference between AVI_IO, IUVcr, VirtualDub etc... when capturing vhs video to encode in mpeg2 and make a dvd movie?
Anyone know which has the best results or are they pretty much the same thing?
TIA

I believe the differences are the drivers that will work and how they sync audio and video.
Drivers mean options available (ie. resolution) and possibly quality (not sure about that).
Audio sync can be a big deal. Oh, and some are more processor intensive.
I use virtualVCR.
