    I tried to use ffmpegX converting a PAL VOB to PAL SVCD with subtitles. The video flow appeard to be twice too slow as the audio flow. I had not this problem converting VOB to DivX with subtitles or VOB to SVCD witout subtitles. Thanks for help.

    Am I the only one having this problem ?

    Nobody uses subtitles in there ?
