  1. Can pulldown be re-run on a m2v file that already had pulldown run on it once, or will it corrupt the file and add more frames that are not needed?

    Here is my senario:

I Ran DVD2DVDr V1.3.5 which does pulldown and adds the drop frame, (BUT, does not use the progressive tags). So now I have a newly encoded m2v file witth pull and drop frame. Can I re-run the latest verision on pulldown V99d and chose drop frame and progressive tags? Or will it mess up my m2v file. I have done this and the file seems to be ok,
and it now shows as a progressive file in DVD2AVI instead of an interlaced file.....

If the header isn't corrupted (and it shouldn't be), then running PULLDOWN again won't hurt anything. All it will do is set a bit to "1" where it already is a "1". Pulldown doesn't add anything to a video, it just changes bit settings.

If that's what you want to do. Just don't set your videos to PROGRESSIVE_SEQUENCE P, because they're not - they're interlaced.
