  1. I have VCD which works fine as of yesterday. I was able to play movie on my DVD playere and on my computer using Media player. Now it would not work on my DVD player, I also tried playing on my computer but error message "Incorrect function".

Is there any way I can extrat DAT file from VCD?

    Now you say that....

I guess you tried cleaning the disk ?. Trouble is you don't know how much is lost, it could be a few seconds or it could be half a movie.

There are many way to recover files from bad disks, but I not heard of anything that can fixed them whats gone is gone...
