    I have an ATI TV WE card & was wondering if I can capture SVCD directly from TV??? If so... HOW?

    I think you mean "VE" and ATI MMC the answer is no.If you use PowerVCR or capture with authoring program(VideoStudio 6,Studio 8,etc.)you can.

    yeah. if you use powervcr ii you can capture directly to mpeg2. beautiful quality.
