i downloaded an Xvid file .. and when i play it back in windows media player it had the picture there, but it looks like it beens split 3 times.. the colour is funny and the pic is screwed. when i adjust the size of the screen it works ok for a little bit, then screws up again.

I got one program but it plays the movie upside down... i think it was Bsplayer...

any help..
