The new version of DVD2ONE allows you to set the output file size. Set it to 700MB's and it will create a set of files that can be burned on a CDR.

  4. Hi all,

I just did test that... kinda....
I wanted a 800MB image file from DVD2One. I ended up with 1,25 MB. Guess it wasn't that wise to choose the DTS audio track .
Well better luck with the next one i guess...

I also tried it and set DVD2one to 700MB and selected 2.0 audio. I wound up with a 968MB file and the video while viewable it was ugly at best.

I've converted 45 minute TV epissodes with excellent results. I have not expierenced a problem with the output file size. DVD2ONE does seem sensitive to the size of the input vob files. It likes 1GB files. The only time I ran into too large an output file was when I used odd size vob input sizes.
I had ripped in stream mode with Smartripper which creates odd files sizes in stream mode.
