2 movies on one dvdr

hi there need help

i am trying to put 2 movies on one dvdr one film is pal the other is ntsc the program i usually use will not allow this ulead dvd movie factory so i upgraded to movie factory 2 it allows ntsc/pal mixed on the same dvdr unfortunatly it takes about 8 hours to outpute the video ts folder unlike movie facory 1 wich took about 15- 20 mins .
is this normal or do i have a setting wrong
any help would be much appreciated

I don't use either program but it sounds like Ulead is re-encoding one (or both) of those movies. It shouldn't take that long to author.
