DVD2one defaults to a total file size of 4.36GB which leaves just 20MB to spare so some burning programs may not like this file size. The latest version of DVD2one allows you to set the output file size so try setting the file down a bit and see if that works.

how would i do that? when i open dvd2one that are no settings to lower the file size.

The latest version of DVD2one is V1.0.2 and on the first screen right below the file destination entry block there is a default file size of 4.460MB just change that to 4.4GB for example.
