What you need is something like "Websnake". I don't know if this program is still being sold (do an internet search).
Basically, it will start from the URL you provide and "snake" the website. It will parse any HTML pages downloaded and download all the linked HTML files / images / etc. You can set whether the program follows all links, stays within the current URL/web domain, etc.
I used to use this program to completely download websites (e.g., eBooks in HTML), but it only works for static pages so it is relatively less useful now.
If you go to Tucows, you should be able to find programs with similar functionality.

Try the Internet Graphics Finder
http://www.skibbysoft.com/grif.htm
I seem to recall that it's some kind of leach program - just type in the www page and it will take all the graphics and also the fill pic that the thumbnail points to.
