Hi,
When I am going to burn in Data mode it starts with "disc Initializing" and starts the countdown as if it was burning. 30 minutes later the disc door pops out and nothing is burned on the disc.
I have burned two DVD-R and DVD+R discs the other day and it worked fine.
I am using the same media that worked before this new problem.
I have a Sony DRU500AX.

have you got the settings on test only by mistake instead of record??
