  1. I am makin a really cool SVCd with all images that appeal to me so far the results are really cool with some embossing and blur stuff but I want more...I have found a pixilate, halftone and some psychedelic stuff but I want some more.....

Can you do a transition wipe in virtual dub.....instead of just appending files together???or even a fade in fade out

    cheers
How long could we maintain? I wondered. How long until one of us starts raving and jabbering at this boy? What will he think then?

You may want to look into AviSynth. It may be what you are looking for until you want to get a more powerful editor.

I really like using Video Studio 6 myself. Lots of transitions, Animated titles, two audio tracks (audio and music). A burner engine, the list seems to go on and on. I hate not being able to crop, but Video.net has a frameserver for it that lets you use TMPGEnc without having to save. In my opinion, you are in for a treat!

Do not forget to download the free transitions you get from Ulead, just for registering Video Studio!
