problem dvd2one makeiteasy and capters list

i notice that the capters selection is not avalible when i copy a dvd with dvd2one and make it easy to left all the feauteres of the original dvd

is there anyway to left the original structure of the capters list??

i heard that maybe is possible using ifoupdate

do you know in which way???
